So, there is a major debate approaching about the future of the health care industry and how people pay for their most basic of human needs.
In typical Progressive fashion, I am 100% in favor of public health insurance. I don't care if it submarines the Insurance Industry, I don't care if it changes the face of how we provide health care in this country. Socialism does not scare me, not being able to afford to keep my child alive scares me.
I am a living breathing example of why Big Government works. My daughter has "socialized" state sponsored health insurance which is very affordable, and it has been wonderful knowing that she is safe and protected if something were to happen.
I can afford my house because the Government made an investement in me.
