It's funny how a song I wasn't crazy about at first can grow on me.

Trying to get the flash player working on my "fixed" laptop, and needed to watch some Youtube videos to make sure I did it right.

Proctoring then grading the U.S. History Regents exam today. I almost feel like a real teacher.

The craziness continues. Something happened when I went to Lake George for Memorial Day, I am walking backwards in time. On days I don't have Avi (I am dedicated to still being a good dad when I do have her) I am out of control, I mean I think I am about one crazy week away from auditioning for Intervention. I have no idea what in the world has come over me, but it has certainly been an entertaining ride. Way, way Worth It.

Long night last night. This was in my head when I could not sleep. I promise that by next week I will have moved on to something new. Maybe.

I am feeling this today.

Late softball game last night, couldn't fall asleep until very late.

On a side note, it dawned on me that I am much, much funnier when I write then when I speak. This was brought to my attention recently. I need to write more, I just struggle to come up with things that are the least bit interesting.

The conclusion I drew was to just writer whatever the hell came to my mind, regardless of relevance.

I finished "Mistborn: The Final Empire" last night, for the second time. Sweet book. Read it.

I realize this is getting a tad redundant at this point. I just feel very passionate about this album. I stuck with them through Everyday. I actually enjoyed most of Stand Up. I have held on through the bad years. I saw the video of Carter getting pissed at Dave mid-concert.

I feel like this album is the validation of a career of work. I feel like my fandom is being justified.

So I went back to my first Dave Matthews Band concert in three years last night. Although I live in constant fear of overuse of hyperbole, it was in a word, Incredible.

Great sound, great company, great seats, terrible weather that did not affect me under the shell in the slightest.

I love the new songs, specifically "Why I Am".
